Welcome to Our Church Family
Join us for fellowship and inspiration
Feeling loved is one of the greatest comforts we can experience. Christian Science teaches that God is Love and that each of us is the loved and cherished child of God. As Christ Jesus’ healing ministry shows us, God’s love is constant, reliable, and provides tangible solutions to whatever we may be facing.
We’d love to have you join us on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings as we explore this loving Bible-based message and the relevance of Christ Jesus’ teachings to our daily lives.
We worship God through singing, prayer, and a healing Bible lesson
Our hour-long Sunday morning service begins at 10:30 a.m. Each Sunday two elected members of our church read this week’s Bible Lesson, found in the Christian Science Quarterly. Each week we hear passages on a new topic which includes selections from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. This same sermon is read in all Christian Science churches around the world. Our service also includes hymn singing, the Lord’s prayer, a solo, and organ or piano music.
Most people come into the building through the doors off the back parking lot. Sunday services are held in the auditorium to the left.
Wednesday Evening Testimony Meeting
Individuals share stories of inspiration and healing
Currently all of our Wednesday evening meetings are held online. Please email us for the link.
How does prayer help in facing the challenges of everyday life? Every Wednesday at 7:30pm we have a testimony meeting where individuals share experiences of how God is helping to meet their daily needs. The meeting starts with a hymn and short readings, from the Bible and Science and Health, on a current issue or topic. Then everyone is invited to share how their study of Christian Science and turning to God has provided inspiration, and healing of all kinds of everyday problems both large and small.
Most people come into the building through the doors off the back parking lot. Our Wednesday evening meetings are held in our Sunday School – a bright, cheerful room that is also a bookstore and Bible research/resource area.
We’d love to have you join us for this inspiring hour. Loving childcare is provided during this meeting.
Sunday School and Childcare
Learning about God's love together
We have a very active Sunday school for children under the age of 20 that meets at the same time as our Sunday Service. Young children build a strong Biblical foundation and gain a deeper understanding of God’s constant care and love for them. Teaching starts with the Ten Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount and the Lord’s Prayer. Older children and teens have a safe environment where they can discuss how God’s laws of good provide practical help in dealing with issues such as peer pressure, competition, and other everyday challenges. They learn how to address these issues prayerfully and see results.
Infants and young children, not yet ready for Sunday school, are lovingly cared for in our fun child care room.
Our Reading Room
Ask questions, pray, and study
